Workshop push hands s Philem Shieldsem plánujeme na víkend 6.- 7.11. 2010. Budeme pracovat na osmi směrových energiích a pohybech - odražení, tažení vzad, zatlačení, odstrčení, stržení, rozdělení, úder loktem, úder ramenem a dojde i na další cvičení.

Tento workshop bude součástí Evropského turné, které Alex Dong pořádá pro své studenty
z USA a dalších zemí.

Program:
| Pátek | 18:00 - 20:30 | Tradiční dlouhá forma Jang - první část formy, případně část druhé |
| Sobota | 10:00 - 12:30 | Tradiční dlouhá forma Jang - zbytek druhé části a třetí část formy |
| 14:30 - 17:00 | Push hands - Mistr nakombinuje push hands, aplikace a energetická cvičení | |
| Neděle | 10:00 - 12:30 | Rychlá forma tzv. Fa-jin set nebo Dlouhá forma |
| 14:30 - 17:00 | Forma s mečem (jian) nebo Dlouhá forma |
Push hands se mohou zúčastnit jak pokročilí všech stylů a linií, tak i začátečníci.
S Alexem Dongem přijedou i ti studenti, kteří budou pracovat na dlouhé formě, takže i ti, kteří začali letos či vloni s formou, se mohou zúčastnit celého workshopu. Budou 2 skupiny.
Cena:
$165 nebo 120€ + 400 Kč - za celý víkend
$75 nebo 55€ + 200 Kč - je možné zúčastnit se pouze jednoho dne
$40 nebo 30€ + 100 Kč - chcete-li přijít na jeden vyučovací blok (fa-jin set, push hands, meč...)
Je možné platit v korunách podle aktuálního kurzu, výměnu na dolary zajistím
Na závěr workshopu je naplánovaný Jazzový parník, vstupenka 390 Kč, máme slevu (běžné vstupné 590 Kč)

Accomodation:
I have discovered great prices in the hotel Globus. The hotel is situated only 30 min far away from the centre (5 min walk to the metro station Roztyly) and two stops from the gym where we will be practising. This hotel is in very quiet
place just by the forest. You could walk to the metro station through the forest! See Hotel Globus
